10:45am - 12:15pm

In this presentation, the audience will serve as jurors in a mock trial in which the sufficiency of an investigation is a critical issue. After hearing opening statements, several testifying witnesses, and closing arguments, the audience will break into multiple juries to deliberate and render a verdict. The various verdicts will then be analyzed, and important teaching points will be discussed.

Speakers: Sean Gallagher and Steve Fox, Polsinelli, PC
