Do I have to be an AWI member to register/attend?
No, you don't have to be a member. However, AWI members receive a discounted registration rate, plus a full year of AWI membership benefits! To take advantage of the discount, join now or renew now if your membership has expired.
Can I register multiple attendees at one time?
No. All users have personal user IDs and passwords so they must log in and register separately to get the member rate, and non-members are also identified by individual emails and must register separately. If you have information to register for multiple people, please make sure to log out and log back in after each registration, otherwise you will overwrite the prior registration.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. Payment may also be made by check. Checks can be mailed to the AWI Office after submitting your registration form. Registrants must pay in advance of attending the conference.
What is the cancellation / refund policy?
No refunds will be given for cancellations. Substitutions may be allowed provided the substitute pays any fee differential. In extraordinary circumstances credit for future programs, less an administrative fee, may be approved
What meals are included with the pre-conference fee?
The pre-conference fee includes an afternoon break.
What meals are included with the conference fee?
The conference fee includes: Continental breakfasts on Friday and Saturday; Lunch on Friday; Morning breaks on Friday and Saturday and an afternoon break on Friday.
