The Myth of Neutrality and Impartiality: Revealing the Invisible Strings of Unconscious Bias

Join us for a robust discussion about cognitive biases and strategies for mitigating the impact of these biases in our work.

Come early for networking from 11:30 -12, the meeting will begin at noon.

The meeting will feature Tracey Tsugawa, a civil rights investigator and organizational development/diversity and inclusion trainer with over 20 years of experience. She will be presenting on "The Myth of Neutrality and Impartiality: Revealing the Invisible Strings of Unconscious Bias".

Presenter Bio:

Tracey Tsugawa has over 20 years of experience working as a civil rights investigator and an organizational development/diversity and inclusion trainer and consultant for public and private institutions. She also has 20 years of experience teaching courses on cross-cultural and ethnic studies, ethics and leadership, workplace conflict, and environmental justice for undergraduate and graduate students at several university and colleges on the East Coast.
