Our next Bay Area Local Circle will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 from 8:30-10:00 a.m. at University of California Office of the President. 

Bill Kidder, of the UC Santa Cruz Chancellor’s Office, will present on the preponderance of the evidence standard. Bill will discuss the pending DOE Title IX regulations, academic research that has been conducted on due process and the preponderance of the evidence standard, and more.
