The topics du jour will be: “Credibility Assessment: Ambiguity & Nuance,” a special presentation given by Anne E. Garrett, Esq.
The presentation will focus on credibility factors of indirect corroboration, past behavior, and plausibility. We’ll discuss potential pitfalls in applying these factors and how best to address them in investigative reports.
Anne E. Garrett, formerly a labor and employment lawyer with O’Melveny & Myers, has participated in the investigative process from multiple vantage points: as an investigator, as a lead investigator overseeing a team, and as acting company counsel managing investigations by internal and external investigators.
