Come join us for a great meal and lively conversation, and get to know your fellow local AWI members better! The topics du jour will be:

“Working Both Sides of the Fence” – Bob lodges a bullying complaint against Shirley and Shirley is notified of the complaint. Thereafter, Shirley lodges a hostile work environment complaint against Bob that involves some, but not all, of the same conversations mentioned in Bob’s complaint. Should both complaints be consolidated into one investigation and assigned to a single investigator, or should two separate investigations be conducted by two different investigators? We will examine the pros and cons of each approach.

Please RSVP by March 27, 2019. If you are considering joining AWI, you may attend one Local Circle meeting before joining.
