AAWI Annual Conference

Workplace Investigations: Maximum impact, minimum harm. Conducting effective investigations with care.

Thursday 30 - Friday 31 August 2018
Mantra on Salt Beach | Gunnamatta Avenue | Kingscliff, NSW, 2487 | Australia

Workplace investigations can be challenging, particularly emotionally, for all participants, whether they are the complainants, respondents, witnesses, colleagues, an HR department or the investigator. This conference will explore best practice in investigations with a focus on how to achieve outcomes that minimize the negative impacts. The conference will conclude with a facilitated workshop to develop standards for Australian and New Zealand workplace investigations including the suitable supports for participants.
