The 2017 AWI Annual Conference in Marina Del Rey, CA, was a great success with 214 attendees. This was AWI's first three-day Annual Conference and 68% of attendees registered for and attended all three days of the conference! Keynote Presenter Bill Stainton's presentation, “Connect the Dots: Creativity and Workplace Investigation” was a keynote presentation you didn’t want to miss. We hope to see everyone next year in San Francisco!

Dede Hinote, one of Walton County’s two deputy county administrators, has complained of workplace discrimination, along with “harassment and other unlawful behavior,” toward her by Walton County, as stated in an Oct. 6 letter from her attorney, Jennifer A.
