Caroline Schuyler

Caroline Schuyler conducts workplace investigations for both private and public employers concerning all forms of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and other employment related issues. Caroline also counsels employers on all aspects of the employment relationship. Her experience includes working closely with executives and human resources directors to craft customized policies and procedures and guiding her clients through a myriad of employment issues as they arise. Caroline also works with employers and executives in drafting and negotiating complex employment and severance agreements.

Prior to establishing her own practice, Caroline gained extensive counseling and litigation experience as an Associate Attorney at Hanson, Bridgett in San Francisco, where she counseled employers on a wide variety of employment issues, represented employers before the EEOC and DFEH, and defended employment litigation matters before state and federal courts. Caroline also presented many training sessions to rank and file employees and supervisors on issues of discrimination and harassment.
